Biewer Breed Club of America is proud to present Myra Savant Harris and her Seminar on Advanced Canine Reproduction and Puppy Care at our 2015 Specialty weekend at Purina Farms on June 19, 2015 from 8 am – 5 pm. The seminar will be held at the Conference Room at Purina Farms, 200 Checkerboard Drive, Gray Summit Missouri. Early bird special includes coffee, tea and a box lunch for $65. Early bird special ends May 31, 2015. After May 31, price becomes $75.

Myra describes her seminar: It has been a great pleasure to me to hear from dog breeders that my books have helped them in their dog breeding lives.

I am not a veterinarian and I do not claim to be. Although I spent my career as an registered nurse, I am also no longer a practicing RN as I am now retired from nursing.

It is my hope that you will read my books and attend my seminars with the understanding that I am simply an experienced dog breeder sharing with you not only the things that I have learned by breeding my dogs and other animals over my lifetime, but also sharing with you the many things that I have learned from my vets and from the many dog breeders who have so generously shared with me their own experiences.

My advice would always be to discuss health issues and concerns with your own vets while at the same time availing yourselves of the information that experienced and knowledgeable dog breeders will be happy to share with you. Be prepared both with knowledge and supplies before entering the breeding arena. Avail yourselves at every opportunity to learn and at some point in time, be generous with your own experiences so that people new to breeding can grow in confidence.

Many of us live long distances from our vets and are delivering our puppies in the middle of the night. Hopefully your dog breeding friends will be on-call for you in the event that you are unable to reach a vet when questions arise.

Thank you for your continued presence at my seminars and for all of the helpful and truly amazing things that you have taught me over the years.

General Information:

*Show Notes:

We have four shows each weekend, two shows per day. Each show will be under a different judge. If a dog does well (gets the top score each show), an adult dog can earn an International Title in three shows. Puppies can earn a National Puppy Title in three shows; a fourth show would give that puppy an International Puppy Title (four puppy shows =both Nat and Int puppy titles).
